Type I/II Signal Checking added to HPC Pro for NinjaTrader 8

We just released a new compiled assembly (version 24.03.25) for HPC for NinjaTrader 8 that incorporates the Type I/II signal checking logic that was recently introduced in our HPC Lite for TradingView version.
